  1. How do I view my Shopping Cart?

    To view the shopping cart, click the View Cart at the top of any page on the divabras.com site. You will go directly to the shopping cart.

  2. How do I use my Discount Codes?

    If you have a discount code, type in the code during the checkout process. Only one code is allowed per order. The code will apply if it follows the terms of your special offer.

  3. Are my items In-Stock? How do Backorders work?

    Our inventory constantly changes due to the high demand of certain styles, brands, and sizes. You will be notified immediately if an item is in-stock or backordered. For in-stock items, Diva Bras will ship out inventory within 1 to 2 business days. For backordered items, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. If part of your merchandise is backordered, Diva Bras will ship out your merchandise when your order is complete.

  4. When is my Credit Card charged?

    When you complete your order, your credit card company receives a request to authorize a charge. If accepted by your credit card company, your authorization will be processed.

  5. What is Diva Bras Exchange Policy?

    You must e-mail us at Chris@DivaBras.com or call us at (619)793-4662 to receive our free one time exchange for bra orders placed within the United States (non sales items). You are responsible for return shipping; however, we will ship the the new items again to you for free. For further information, go to the customer service information page.

  6. What is Diva Bras Return Policy?

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return new merchandise that is unworn, undamaged and without stains or perfume, in the original packaging (including plastic) with the labels and tags attached. The item(s) must be received in our office within 7 days of receiving the product. Credits will be issued to the original credit card; however, you are responsible for return shipping (insured, prepaid) plus a 10% handling fee and original shipping costs (deducted from original credit card).
